About

About NeuroBridge VR

NeuroBridge VR is an employment-support initiative focused on improving workforce access for neurodivergent adults.

The project combines inclusive employment coaching, industrial-organizational psychology, accessibility principles, and immersive practice to address barriers that can arise during job searching, interviews, onboarding, and workplace participation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help neurodivergent adults build employment confidence and practical workplace skills while helping employers create more accessible and effective talent practices.

Our Vision

We envision a workforce where different ways of thinking, communicating, and learning are understood as valuable forms of human diversity.
