NeuroBridge VR is currently developing an immersive employment-practice program for neurodivergent adults. The first customer-service and entry-level workplace skills module is in the development stage and is not yet available to the public.
How It Works
Users move through realistic employment scenarios, receive clear instructions, practice one task at a time, and repeat activities as needed.
The experience is being designed to include:
- Step-by-step instructions
- Short practice sessions
- Adjustable sensory settings
- Realistic workplace situations
- Repeatable exercises
- Supportive feedback
- Progress tracking

First Training Module
Customer Service and Entry-Level Workplace Skills
The first module will help users practice situations such as:
- Greeting a customer
- Understanding a customer's request
- Responding to common questions
- Handling an upset customer
- Asking a supervisor for assistance
- Completing basic workplace tasks
- Receiving instructions and feedback
Why VR Practice?
Many employment programs explain workplace skills without giving participants enough opportunities to practice them. VR can provide a consistent and lower-pressure environment where users can build familiarity before facing the same situation at work.
Development Status
The NeuroBridge VR practice program is currently in development. We are building the first customer-service module and gathering input to ensure the experience is practical, accessible, and responsive to user needs.
